Premier Menus is headquartered in Mountainside, New Jersey. Since we have manufacturing facilities located in various locations around the country the UPS map shown below represents the average shipping times. Depending on the product, delivery times can vary. The standard delivery time on most orders for the East Coast is 3-5 days, 1-2 days for the Midwest and approximately 4-5 days for the West Coast. See map below for estimated UPS delivery times. Your UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped. Orders that can be packaged in boxes weighing 70 Lbs. or less and do not exceed 250 Lbs in total weight usually ship via UPS ground or USPS priority. Shipping rates are available through our website.
Orders of 250 Lbs and over ship via common carrier: usually Old Dominion or YRC (Roadway). Please contact us for shipping rates and transit time. Most Premier Menus' orders are shipped with standard UPS insurance and without a signature required. If you would like to customize these requirements, please make sure to contact us at 908-578-6877. Our goal is to provide you with the best delivery service available. Due to weight and delivery time requirements, we reserve the right to use alternate carriers that may provide faster or more economical delivery services than UPS.
